Continuing with our theme of license highlight, this week's spotlight is none other than Battle Arms Development. B.A.D. is on the leading edge of design and manufacturing some of the most high end and well designed AR parts and accessories. Ranging from receivers, to barrels, to stocks, B.A.D. pushes the envelop at every turn, making not only great looking products but products that are on the cutting edge. It comes to no surprise that it was a challenge for RWA to replicate such technical builds and designs and it took all the knowledge learned from years in airsoft manufacturing to make something that was worthy of the Battle Arms Development seal of approval and the RWA assurance of quality.
Battle Arms Development, Inc. (B.A.D. Inc.) is a design, research, and development firm incorporated in 2009 with a focus on small arms design including firearm components, tools, gauges, accessories, and complete weapon systems. B.A.D. Inc. officially launched on Independence Day, July 4th, 2009. An
American and minority owned small business, all B.A.D. Inc. products are 100% made in the U.S.A. and held to the highest manufacturing standards to exceed the expectations of the most demanding end users.
With multiple patents granted and many patents pending with the U.S. Patent Office, B.A.D. Inc. engineers superlative performance advantage, added value, ingenuity, and attention to detail into every product it designs and manufactures. Its unique, out of the box thinking and dedication to customer service has earned an enviable reputation among its peers and customers. Battle Arms Development, Inc. has, in a few years, become one of the most innovative and standard setting young companies in the firearms industry.
Most notable of the B.A.D. designs are going to be its receivers. There are few things in the firearms industry that can be as outstanding and easily recognized. B.A.D. receivers are famously known for being lightweight and beautifully made. It was because of this high standard that it took some hard work and dedication from RWA to ensure the B.A.D. 556 Kit was made to the highest quality and standard. We previously did an article on that kit and you can read more on it HERE.
The RWA kit is faithfully replicated from the real firearm receivers made by B.A.D. It was a long and complex process of production and design. Working with a firearms company is not the same as with an airsoft company as there are different design aspects that go into the product. However, after many samples and sending receivers back and forth, RWA finally got the OK and the blessing from B.A.D. to go ahead with the kit.
Over the years RWA has taken it upon themselves to align with industry leading firearm companies in order to bring some of the best looking and designed products to the airsoft community. The collaboration with Battle Arms Development is just another example of the quality that RWA brings and the high standards that come with such a brand.
